DIRAM

International Author, Coach and Teacher.

Founder & Creator of The DIRAM™ Method

DIRAM — The Author

DIRAM is the author, creator and developer behind The DIRAM Method (TDM), a system of knowledge and practice developed from more than three decades of exploration, study and practical experience in Eastern philosophy, meditation, traditional knowledge and human development.

His work is based on a simple but profound premise: human beings possess a greater capacity to understand, direct and transform their own lives when they learn to observe and properly align their thoughts, emotions and actions.

Over the years, DIRAM has studied and distilled concepts, principles and practices originating from different Eastern disciplines and traditions, combining them with his own observations, experiences and continued development. Rather than presenting these teachings as a collection of unrelated techniques, he sought to organize them into a coherent framework that could be understood, practiced and applied in everyday life.

This work eventually became The DIRAM Method.

His books and teachings represent the progressive development of this body of knowledge. Each work addresses a particular aspect of the system while contributing to a larger objective: helping people develop greater awareness of themselves and of the forces that influence their decisions, relationships, circumstances and pursuit of their goals.

DIRAM does not present himself as the owner of the ancient traditions from which many of these ideas originate. Instead, he considers himself an author, interpreter and developer, responsible for the way these principles have been selected, organized, interpreted and transformed into the contemporary framework known as The DIRAM Method.

DIRAM — The Coach and Teacher

As a coach, DIRAM focuses on guiding individuals through a process of observation, understanding and conscious development. His approach is not based solely on providing answers, but on encouraging people to develop the capacity to observe themselves, identify patterns, understand their own internal dynamics and make more conscious choices.

As a teacher, he is concerned with transmitting knowledge in a structured and accessible manner. His teaching seeks to transform complex philosophical and traditional concepts into principles, techniques and practices that can be studied and applied in everyday life.

For DIRAM, knowledge has little value if it remains purely theoretical. The purpose of his work is therefore not simply to teach concepts, but to provide a structured way for individuals to observe themselves, understand their internal mechanisms and consciously influence the way they think, feel and act.

DIRAM is a coach and teacher dedicated to the study, teaching and practical application of knowledge related to human development, self-awareness and personal transformation.

DIRAM — The Founder and Creator

DIRAM is also the Founder and Creator of The Meditation on The Four Pillars, T.E.A., and ZenSayMe.

Through his work, DIRAM has brought together knowledge, concepts and principles drawn from different sources and distilled them into a structured framework designed for contemporary application. His contribution is not the claim of ownership over the ancient traditions from which some of these principles originate, but the creation of a distinct system in which these ideas have been selected, interpreted, organized and developed into a coherent methodology.

As its Founder and Creator, DIRAM continues to develop the methodology, its educational framework, publications and applications. His objective is to make the knowledge contained within TDM accessible as a structured discipline that can be studied, practiced, taught and progressively developed.

DIRAM's work is ultimately centred on one fundamental principle: understanding oneself is the foundation for consciously directing one's thoughts, emotions and actions, and consequently the way one approaches life, goals and personal development.
